Magnesium is naturally derived from limestone. Citrate is produced by corn dextrose fermentation. Aspartate, glyincate and malate are synthetic. Ascorbyl palmitate is derived from corn dextrose fermentation and palm oil.

Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medications, supplements or if you have any pre-existing condition or symptoms including but not limited to pregnancy, breastfeeding or if you have kidney disease. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to any scheduled surgery.
Magnesium should be taken separately from bisphosphonate medications. Caution should be taken with concurrent use of potassium-sparing diuretics. It may also be contraindicated with certain antibiotics. Consult your physician for more information.
Side Effect Risks
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen or you develop any reactions which may include allergy or intolerance. Adverse effects from magnesium supplementation are rare when taken as directed but can include gastrointestinal upset and diarrhoea (at doses higher than 351 mg). Magnesium glycinate is less likely to cause loose stools. Keep out of reach of children. Sealed for your protection. Do not use if seal is broken. Store in a cool, dry place.
