Contraindications
Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients, or allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medications (especially diuretics), or if you have any pre-existing condition or symptoms including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gallstones, high or low blood pressure, a kidney and or a liver disorder. Consumption of goldenseal with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to any scheduled surgery.
Side Effect Risks
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen or you develop any reactions which may include allergy or intolerance and or digestive concerns (constipation, abdominal pain, vomiting or diarrhea).
